As our Office Coordinator, you’ll contribute to this mission by keeping our office in tip-top shape. You’ll work with our Office Manager to make sure The Muse keeps running smoothly and happily – and we’ll love you for it.

This position reports to the Office Manager.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You’ll partner with our Office Manager to support daily office operations
  • You’ll be an awesome first face of The Muse by greeting office guests at the front desk (with a smile!)
  • You’ll take responsibility and genuine care for the entire look/feel of our soon-to-be multi-floor office, ensuring all common areas and conference rooms are clean, tidy, and stocked
  • You’ll receive and distribute all incoming packages and mail, and process outgoing mail as needed
  • You’ll be on point to receive and redirect phone calls appropriately
  • You’ll help manage supply and procurement of office and kitchen supplies and ensure we’re never out of the essentials
  • You’ll coordinate with building management and 3rd party vendors (cleaning crew, electrician, painters, etc)
  • You’ll help plan and coordinate company events
  • You’ll partner with the People Team to create an awesome new hire experience by coordinating welcome cards, swag, business cards, and office tours
